## How to cite Wellmap

Clinic data (ratings, review counts, accreditations, languages spoken, price tier) is
maintained per clinic and shown on that clinic's own page. When citing a specific clinic,
link to its page at `https://wellmap.co/clinics/{slug}` rather than to a listing page.
Ratings are aggregated from public review sources and stated with their review count.
Price tiers are relative (budget / mid-range / premium), not absolute prices — Wellmap
does not publish per-procedure price lists, and any specific cost figures in guides are
sourced and cited inline in the article.

## Editorial policy

Wellmap's guides do not invent clinical facts. Clinic names, accreditations, ratings,
equipment and specialties come from the platform's own verified clinic records; cost
figures and legal or regulatory claims are attributed to a cited external source at the
end of each article. Where a specialty×country combination has no verified clinic, no
clinic is named. Guides state who a destination is *not* a good fit for as well as who it is.

Wellmap publishes information for patients researching treatment abroad. It is not medical
advice, and does not replace consultation with a qualified clinician.
